ABOUT THE COURSE

The Faculty of Management under Tribhuvan University offers three dynamic undergraduate programs—BBA, BBM, and BITM—each designed to nurture future professionals with a blend of academic rigor and practical insight. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a comprehensive course that builds foundational knowledge in finance, marketing, human resource management, and entrepreneurship. Its curriculum emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic thinking, preparing students for managerial roles or further studies like an MBA. The Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), on the other hand, focuses more deeply on analytical and decision-making skills, offering modules in business law, economics, and organizational behavior. BBM students are trained to think critically and lead effectively in diverse business environments. Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Information Technology Management (BITM) bridges the gap between business and technology, combining courses in programming, database systems, and IT strategy with core management subjects. This unique blend equips graduates to manage tech-driven enterprises or pursue careers in systems analysis, IT consulting, and digital entrepreneurship. All three programs span eight semesters and include internships, project work, and real-world exposure, ensuring students graduate not just with degrees, but with the confidence and competence to thrive in competitive industries.
